VOLUNTEERING

Toy libraries can only operate thanks to the work of volunteers.

Toy libraries welcome volunteers from all walks of life and across a range of ages - the only requirement is that you are happy to apply for a Working with Children Check. There are lots of ways you can contribute, and many roles don't require a specific skill set, just the willingness to pitch in. Volunteer roles might include assisting at borrowing sessions, repairing toys, marketing, website design, fundraising or administration and many toy libraries will also welcome volunteers to their committee of management.

If the volunteer opportunities at your local toy library don't suit your availability or skill set please contact info@toylibraries.org.au and we'll be sure to find a suitable position for you.
